关于“河南省普通高中招生英语考试题型调整”的说明

   为深入贯彻落实《教育部关于进一步推进高中阶段学校考试招生制度改革的指导意见》有关精神,落实英语学科核心素养的理念,保证小学、初中、高中英语教学的连贯性,在认真研讨、广泛征求意见和参照全国其他地区做法的基础上,河南省基础教研室决定对2020年及以后河南普通高中招生英语考试题型做出调整。
   在保持大部分题型稳定的基础上,此次对原试卷的四个题型进行调整。取消原试卷的“单项选择题(共计15分)”,将原试卷的“完形填空”一题由原来的10个小题(共计10分)调整为15个小题(共计15分),将原试卷的“词语运用”(一个小节,10个小题,共计10分)改成“语篇填空”(两个小节,第一小节保持原来的10个小题,共计10分,但将备选词由12个减少为10个,增设的第二小节根据语篇要求填空,每空一词,共5小题,共计5分),将原试卷的“书面表达”(15分,80词左右)调整为“书面表达”(20分,100词左右),原试卷的“听力理解”“阅读理解”和“补全对话”三个题型(共计70分),保持不变。
   此次调整的主要目的是遵循语言教学的普遍规律,突出语篇,强调运用,引导教师关注语言功能和语言运用,以期有效地解决当前英语教学中普遍存在的因“碎片化”“浅层化”而导致的“耗时低效”的问题。从未来英语测试的命题趋势来看,单项选择将会逐渐被新的题型所取代。这种试卷结构的改变进一步降低了客观选择题的比例,加大了主观题的考查力度,顺应了时代对英语语言综合运用能力考查的要求。

说明:河南中招英语试卷将按如下试卷结构呈现:

附件二:语篇填空题型说明
第一节
10个小题,每小题1分,共10分。题目要求和原来一样,备选词原为12个,现改为10个。降低了考查的难度。
